We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders on specialty items may take a bit longer to ship, so we appreciate your patience in advance.
For all non-specialty items, we ship standard rate, so once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Our Edan salad plate is not your ordinary pasta/salad plate. This modern smart shaped plate is handmade and hand crafted with care by ceramists in Tunisia.

Food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.
Handmade Material: Enameled stoneware completely free of toxic heavy metals (like cadmium and lead) and carcinogens found in other, less robust, ceramic forms.
Disclaimer: Our products are handmade by ceramists, one at the time. As such, they're all unique in their own ways and you might spot a small finger print on the base, or the imprint of the grid onto which they were placed when fired. Please note that these are the mark of true craftsmanship.

How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. The following does not apply to orders on specialty items.
Most orders placed before 12 pm PST Monday-Friday will go out the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm, or on weekends will go out the next business day. We ship standard rate, so once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 7-10 business days.
We are not currently accepting international orders at this time.
How Do I Return My Item?

My Package Says Delivered But I Haven't Received It
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive - oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within the next few days, however, check with your neighbors and/or carrier in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order within the next 3 business days, please email our team at help@pulledinc.com, within 14 days of the last tracking update, and include your order number and tracking information and we will be happy to look into it for you!
