When you purchase a Reset & Co. candle, we want you to know that you’re purchasing a quality, luxury candle that was hand-poured and crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. The team at Reset is committed to the investment that creating a wooden wick candle takes because it is important that their candle users feel confident in the quality of their purchase.
How Do I Return My Item?
All Reset & Co. products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of the product, used candles cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to provide your receipt for verification of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Pulled within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@pulledinc.com and our team will look into it.
How Long Will My Candle Last?
This will depend on how often and how long you burn your candle. Reset & Co. candles typically last anywhere between 80-96 hours.
We recommend that your first burn last at least 60 minutes to aid in the wax melting evenly. We also recommend not burning your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time to help preserve the longevity of the scent.
How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?
We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 12 pm PST Monday-Friday will go out the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm, or on weekends will go out the next business day. We ship standard rate, so once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 7-10 business days.
We are not currently accepting international orders at this time.
